Description of the Plant

A deciduous tree grows up to 7-9 m. height, leaves compound, 3-foliate, leaflets ovate, 5-13 cm long, flowers large, greenish white, polygamous, in dense terminal corymbs, stamens are longer than the petals, fruits fleshy, ovoid berry, seeds are embedded in pulp.

Medicinal Properties of the Plant as per Ayurveda

Plant pacifies vitiated vata, kapha, renal and vesical caliculi, asthma and bronchitis.
