Description of the Plant

A large shrub or small tree grows up to 6 meters in height. Leaves simple opposite, ovate and acute; flowers rose colored in axillary cymes; fruits are small drupes.

Medicinal Properties of the Plant as per Ayurveda

Plant pacifies vitiated vata, pitta, diarrhea, arthritis, burning sensation, ulcers, poisonous bites and blackish discoloration on face.
