Kodanad Siva Temple

This temple is situated in Mezhathoor, near Thrithala, and also near to the famous Vaidyamadom on the Thrithala - Koottanad route in Palakkad district. The presiding deity Lord Shiva facing east is considered to be in a very jovial mood. Poojas are conducted twice abiding by the Pothiyil Chennas Thanthric. Sub-deities are Ganapathi, Ayyappan, Vishnu and Subramanya. That apart, Vishnu is present outside the temple too. This temple belongs to Vaidyamadom Pazhiyodu Mana.
