Nagarcovil Nagaraja Temple, eastern side of the town, One km east of Vadassery bus stand. Aayilyam day of every month observes as festive. The images of jain theerthankaras like Mahaveera, Parswanathar are inscribed on the pillars. The entrance to the temple is reminiscent of chinese architecture of a Buddha Vihara. 10 days festival Makaram Aayilyam Aarattu. The poojaries ( Priests) of this temple are Kerala Brahmins.
