There are the conflict of virtues and unvirtues always in the minds of people everywhere and at any time. The Paalaazhimathan was joint action of Devas and Asuras for a single goal at a place at a time. It was a great desire and necessity of Devas to get the Nectar but they cannot achieve it by the effort of themselves. Though they invited the Asuras to strive with tem for the purpose, but the Devas were actually reluctant to give the Asuras even a part of it. This is the nature of the people everywhere, to achieve the whole benefit without giving the coworkers even a lot. The nature will give the result of every action. The result of the cheating of the Devas was the stealing of the Nectar by the Asuras, and even tried the most to prevent them to have it, but one of them could. In the account of nature there is no good man or bad. The karmaphala will be given according to the karmas of everyone. The end of stealthy activities will create doubtfulness and excitement about the result. This had happened in the part of Devas. Look into the part of Asuras. They also decided to cheat the Devas and to take away the Nectar. The attitude of Asuras was also inauspicious. Even though they were in a vicious mood, they also had to work hard to get the Nectar, or they could receive and keep the Nectar for a certain period. This was an achievement in the part of Asuras, though they could not have it. Like this event, we the people create vicious circumstances for a benefit or enjoyment, just for a short time. The achievement may be with us for a period then it will be vanished. All the gainings like money, power, fame, luxuries which are accumulated through non-virtuous manners will depart with us for ever. The sublime goal of the hazardships of the two groups, was the Nectar, and the way accepted for that purpose, the cheating of each other, was the prime point in this story. The nectar should have been consumed appropriately by the gods, sustaining the power of control. But, if it was in the hands of Asuras it should have been misused. The cheating of Asuras was considered alike, thus the Lord Vishnu confronted it with another cheating tactic and win over it. This was the story behind the incarnation of Mohini. The Mohinirupa which was originated for the making of peace in between Devas and Asuras against their cheating, attracted the Lord Siva, Alike this, for the present calmness of the selfishness of the society, all the philosophies are misinterpreted. The religion, caste, caturvarnya, immoral conducts – all these factors attack and attract even the gods and have transformed into all kinds of Mohinirupas. The ancient great masters have advised to eliminate the powers which have engaged in unwanted, vicious activities and having obsessions on thinking of social unrighteousness. The few who are the lovers of vice, creates the wall of religion, fanaticism, insane observances. But, beyond these there is the power of God to control and to protect the dharma. Such kind of power of Jnani is always radiating from Ayyappa. That is why the idol of Ayyappa is seen having jnaanamudra, Yogic dhyaanarupa and form of advisability as a Guru. The casteless and creedless mentality in this pilgrimage has been derived here from the Samkalpa of Sri Ayyappa. This subject may be concluded with the following facts that in which society a good imagination like a prosperous future (the Nectar) is expected, and where the power (Asuras and Devas) for hazardous, vicious and unrighteous activities (Paalaazhimathanam) are entertained for the purpose, if the result of such action is unbearable to both sides, will confront great difficulties to receive it. At this juncture, arise the power of God in an attractive way of consolence like Mohini. The Mohini is since attracted by Lord Siva and the result is the birth of Ayyappa. In the world of conflicts there should be a Guru – master (Ayyappa). This Guru provides the spiritual calmness and peace in the world by advising the word of ‘Tatwamasi’.
